Want to Hide and Protect a folder using Notepad

1) Open Notepad and download and copy the code given below as in the image shown below

2) Save the notepad file as lock.bat (.bat is must)

3. Now double click on lock.bat and a new folder will be created with name My Folder.

4. Copy all your data you want to protect in that new folder.

5. Now double click on lock.bat when command prompt appears

Type Y and press enter. The folder will be locked. Don’t get confused the code contains default password (gostud)

6. Now my Folder will be hidden from you view, to access that

Folder double click on lock.bat

7. It will ask for password enter password and done. The hidden folder will now appear and you can access it

(Default password is gostud)

8) You can change password by replacing the text gostud in above code
